Most people will think that Qinghuiyuan is the industry of the Long family in Shunde, but in fact, Qinghuiyuan was originally owned by Huang, the champion of Shunde in Ming Dynasty. Huang, the top scholar in the thirty-fifth year of Wanli in Ming Dynasty, was an official college student. 1609, Huang built a mansion in Julinfang, Daliang, which was called the Champion House. Since then, a garden has been built nearby, and the general scope of Qinghui Garden is here. During the Qianlong period of Qing Dynasty, Jin Shilong bought Fu Huang and Garden. Since then, Long Tinghuai and Tingzi of Longjia have expanded the Yellow Flower Garden.

During the Jiaqing period of the Qing Dynasty, Ren Yuan, the son of Tinghuai, and Yan Yuan and Yuan Biao, the sons of Tingzi, built their own houses respectively, and divided the original Huanghua Garden into three parts, which were later called Qinghuiyuan, Guang Yuan and Chumi Garden respectively.
