Liu Jianwen, doctor of law, postdoctoral fellow in law. He is currently a professor and doctoral supervisor at Peking University Law School, and the director of Peking University Financial Law Research Center. He is also Chairman of ITLA, Chinese Chairman of China-China Tax and Rent Law Research Association, President of Japanese Finance and Tax Law Education Research Association and Vice President of china law society Finance and Tax Law Research Association. Arbitrator of China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission. Editor-in-chief of Finance and Tax Law Series, Yuedan Journal of Finance and Law and Tax Law Research Library. Establish academic websites "China Finance and Taxation Law Network" and "China Tax Law Network". Published 5 personal academic monographs, 4 co-authored, 27 chief editors and about 50 works; He has published more than 30 academic papers/kloc-0 in China Law, Legal Studies and Tax Studies. He has presided over more than 20 national or ministerial projects such as the National Social Science Fund and the National Natural Science Fund.
