The library of Yunnan Normal University has a long history and profound cultural heritage. Founded in 1938, it was originally the library of Teachers College of National Southwest Associated University. After more than 80 years of development, great changes have taken place in the library.

The library now consists of Chenggong main campus library and 12 1 union university campus library, with a construction area of 57,000 square meters. Among them, Chenggong Campus Library is one of the largest libraries in domestic universities, which can provide readers with more than 3,800 reading seats.

On average, the library has more than 5000 readers every day. All the library entry data are displayed on the computer next to the entrance guard, which can be classified and counted, which is helpful to promote the construction of study style in our school.
