Use the high-pressure liquid carbon dioxide fire extinguisher in the steel cylinder to extinguish the fire. The technical performance meets the requirements of GB8 109-2005.
Carbon dioxide fire extinguishing agent is one of the most common gas fire extinguishing agents, which has the advantages of cooling combustible materials, isolating air to prevent combustion, no residue, no pollution to the environment, no electricity, easy manufacture and low price. It is suitable for extinguishing flammable liquid fires and live equipment fires in closed spaces, as well as initial fires that are easily polluted when extinguishing with water, foam, dry powder and other extinguishing agents. It is widely used for fire prevention and extinguishing in power distribution rooms, ships, warehouses, vehicles, precision electronic instruments, expensive equipment, libraries, archives and other places in factories and enterprises.
Note: Carbon dioxide fire extinguishing agent can't put out the fires of alkali metals and hydrides such as sodium and potassium, and it can't put out the fires of some compounds containing oxygen sources such as nitrocellulose.
Second, the method of use
1. When in use, unfold the hose, screw the valve counterclockwise to the top, take off the nozzle, which is about 5m away from the burning substance, aim at the oblique upper part of the flame, and extinguish the fire from far to near.
2, fire fighting, can't use the headwind, put out the oil fire, don't directly impact the oil level, so as to avoid oil splash caused by the spread of the flame.
3. Put out the fire quickly and decisively to prevent frostbite. After the fire is put out, the operator should leave quickly to prevent suffocation.
4, should be kept upright when using, don't lie on your back or upside down.
When the carbon dioxide content in the air is high, it will cause breathing difficulties and even death. Pay attention to antivirus when using it.
6. When putting out an electrical fire with a carbon dioxide fire extinguisher, if the voltage exceeds 600V, remember to cut off the power supply before putting out the fire.

1. This fire extinguisher is a high-pressure container, so collision should be avoided during transportation and storage. The place where the fire extinguisher is placed should be dry and ventilated to prevent freezing and humidity, rain and exposure.
2. The storage temperature of fire extinguishers should be-10℃+45℃.
3. The user should check the fire extinguisher after it is set, and then check it every 1 quarter of an hour. When the environment is bad, they should check the fire extinguishers more frequently. If it is found that the safety device is damaged or lost, there is no fire extinguishing agent, there is obvious damage, corrosion or nozzle blockage, and the annual leakage of the fire extinguisher exceeds 5% of the specified filling amount, it should be sent to the designated professional maintenance unit for maintenance. .
4. Once the fire extinguisher is used, it should be refilled immediately. Fill should be returned to the manufacturer or the filling point entrusted by the manufacturer according to the requirements of the maintenance manual. Before refilling, the gas cylinder must pass the water pressure test, and the water pressure test pressure is 22.5MPa.
Air foam extinguisher is suitable for fire and its use.
Scope of application:
The scope of application is basically the same as that of chemical foam extinguisher. However, solvent-resistant foam extinguisher can also extinguish the fire of water-soluble flammable liquids, such as the initial fire of burning solvents such as alcohol, ether and ketone.
How to use:
When in use, you can quickly rush to the fire with your hands or shoulders. When it is about 6 meters away from the burning material, pull out the safety pin, and hold the opening handle in one hand and the spray gun in the other. Squeeze the opening handle hard, open the seal or puncture the seal of the gas cylinder, and the air foam can be ejected from the nozzle of the spray gun. The fire extinguishing method is the same as that of portable chemical foam extinguisher. However, when using the air foam extinguisher, the fire extinguisher should always be in an upright position, and it should not be used upside down or horizontally, otherwise the spraying will be interrupted. At the same time, always hold the open handle tightly, and don't let go, otherwise the injection will be interrupted.
Acid-base fire extinguisher suitable for fire and its use method
Scope of adaptation:
It is suitable for putting out the initial fire of Class A substances, such as wood, fabric, paper and other fires. It cannot be used to put out fires caused by the burning of Class B substances, nor can it be used to put out fires caused by Class C combustible gases or Class D light metals. At the same time, it cannot be used to put out the fire of charged objects.
How to use:
When in use, the upper part of the steel cylinder should be lifted by hand and rushed to the fire site quickly. Never put the fire extinguisher on your back, and don't tilt it too much to prevent the two liquids from mixing and spraying in advance. When it is about 6 meters away from combustible materials, the fire extinguisher can be reversed and shaken several times to speed up the mixing of the two liquids; Hold the lifting ring with one hand and the bottom ring under the cylinder with the other hand, and aim the jet at the place where the combustion is the fiercest. At the same time, with the decrease of injection distance, users should push closer to the burning place.
How to use a carbon dioxide fire extinguisher
When putting out a fire, you only need to lift or carry a fire extinguisher to the fire site. Put down the fire extinguisher and pull out the safety pin when it is about 5 meters away from the combustibles. Hold the handle at the root of the horn with one hand and the pressure handle of the switch valve with the other hand. For carbon dioxide fire extinguishers without spray hose, the horn should be pulled up 70-90 degrees. When using, you can't directly grasp the outer wall of the horn or the metal connecting pipe with your hands to prevent your hands from being frostbitten. When putting out fire, when combustible liquid burns in a flowing state, the user sprays the jet of carbon dioxide extinguishing agent from near and far to the flame. If combustible liquid burns in the container, the user should raise the horn.
Spray into the combustion container from the upper part of one side of the container. However, the carbon dioxide jet can not directly impact the surface of combustible liquid, which prevents combustible liquid from being washed out of the container, expands the fire and brings difficulties to fire fighting.
Cart-type carbon dioxide fire extinguishers are generally operated by two people. When in use, two people push or pull the fire extinguisher to the burning place together, and stop at a distance of about 10 meter from the burning object. One person quickly takes off the horn, unfolds the spray hose, holds the handle at the root of the horn, and the other person quickly turns the handwheel counterclockwise to the maximum position. The fire extinguishing method is the same as the portable method.
When using a carbon dioxide fire extinguisher, if it is used outdoors, it should be sprayed in the upwind direction. If it is used in an outdoor narrow space, the operator should leave quickly after the fire is put out to prevent suffocation.
