Chinese teachers in grade nine should thoroughly study the Chinese syllabus of the 20__ year senior high school entrance examination and the related spirit of Wenzhou senior high school entrance examination proposition, study the senior high school entrance examination seriously, and truly understand the spiritual essence of the senior high school entrance examination reform, so as to reform Chinese teaching in grade nine and do a good job in Chinese teaching and review in a focused and targeted manner.

(2) Implement the teaching and research routine. Every class should be "no lesson preparation, no class", and the lesson plans, class assignments and composition corrections should be checked irregularly.
(3) Actively participate in training inside and outside the school, and convey or publicize the training and learning contents.
3. Arrangement of teaching activities in open classes
(1) Objective: To focus on the requirements of school curriculum reform, pay attention to classroom art and teaching efficiency, and adhere to the principle of "one grind and two shows".
Change the discussion mode of teaching and research courses, and try to talk as much as possible and comment as much as possible in one course. Strive to realize "four ones" in teaching and scientific research. That is, prepare a high-quality teaching plan, give a good class, write a teaching reflection and write a teaching paper.
Every teaching and research activity should be implemented. Every activity should be planned, prepared, clear in theme and rich in content, so that every activity can gain something. Ensure that the teachers in the teaching and research group complete the tasks of attending classes and lectures specified by the guidance office, conscientiously implement the activities of teachers in the group in open classes, research classes and demonstration classes, actively participate in collective appraisal to improve the quality of attending classes and evaluating classes, continuously optimize the classroom teaching structure, and improve the professional level of teachers.
The teacher speaks first, then speaks, and then reflects. The requirements of reflection are: to reflect on successful actions; Reflection on "failure"; Reflection on teaching wit; Reflect on students' innovative ideas; Reflection and instructional design. It is required that the reflection and evaluation of all notes should be published after the personal teaching plan.
What the reviewers should do is to find the bright spots of the lecturers, find out the shortcomings of the lecturers and put forward reasonable suggestions.
