6. Ancient city walls in Ming Dynasty

The original Huizhou city wall has a circumference of 4,783 meters and a height of about 6-7 meters. In the 22nd year of Hongwu in the Ming Dynasty (1389), Huizhou City was expanded, covered with green red stone strips and filled with solid soil. Although most of them are incomplete now, the ancient city wall about180m near the Wangye Pavilion is still vivid.

At present, Sun Yat-sen Park and Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall will focus on developing performances and cultural and entertainment projects.
