In order to break the old pattern of concentrated literacy in the first class, all six teachers in the group attended the first class this semester. Before each class, the teachers in the group will give lectures in advance, try out the lectures and revise the teaching plans. Teachers take pains to actively attend classes, discuss and determine the classroom objectives of the first class in view of the problems existing in teaching design and lectures, make suggestions, find suitable time to teach literacy and writing, help modify and improve the teaching process, and strive to be lively and interesting.
V. Clear course of self-reflection
With the deepening of the discussion this semester, every teacher in our group has been trained and improved from different angles and levels. However, we are also soberly aware that the following aspects will be the directions that we need to further explore in our future work:
1, further strengthen the study of new curriculum standards and other theories to make them more targeted and effective.
2. Pay more attention to the research of teaching materials, the analysis of learning situation and the research of teaching methods and learning methods in preparing lessons, especially to make the intention of teaching design deeper.
3. The research on teaching methods and learning strategies adopted by students at different levels, especially those with learning difficulties, should be more in-depth and effective.
In short, collective lesson preparation activates teachers' thinking, promotes teachers' communication and cooperation, and enables teachers and teaching and research groups to generate and develop quickly and effectively! In the future work, our group members will continue to work hard, unite as one, make collective lesson preparation more solid and effective, and all work will be upgraded!
