How do foreigners get into the library?
First, apply for a library card.

I hold the original and photocopy of valid identity documents (ID card, residence booklet, passport, Hong Kong and Macao residents' travel permit to and from the mainland, mainland travel permit for taiwan residents and foreigners' permanent residence identity cards) and go to the library to fill out the Application Form for National Library Reader's Card.

Second, loans.

1. To borrow books, you must hold a national library reader card with corresponding borrowing function.

2. Chinese books are limited to 3 volumes at a time, and 3 CDs are attached with the book. The loan term is 365,438+0 days. Borrowed books or CDs can only be renewed 1 time without reservation, and the renewal period is 3 1 day (calculated from the execution date of renewal operation plus 3 1 day). Foreign language books are limited to three books at a time, with a loan period of 3 1 day, and no renewal service is provided.

3. To borrow foreign books in the library, you must first send a borrowing request on OPAC of our library, or use the card catalogue to find the book call number, and the staff will come to pick up the books.

4. When borrowing a book, carefully check whether there are any off-pages, depictions, defaces, etc. If found, it should be declared immediately, and the staff should be sealed. When returning, if it is found that there is any defacement without the seal of the staff, it shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions in the Measures for Illegal Handling.

If the required Chinese books have been lent out, you can make an online reservation. After the reservation is successful, the status of the book is displayed as "Books to be taken". Borrow books from the library within 7 days. If you don't go through the formalities of borrowing books within the time limit, the reservation will automatically become invalid after 7 days, and you need to pay a penalty of 0.30 yuan per book.

6. Borrowed books and CDs must be returned on time. Overdue return must pay overdue use fee: 0.30 yuan/volume/day for Chinese books; CD 0.30 yuan/book/day; Foreign language books are 0.50 yuan/volume/day.

1. Do books that are not lent out of the library?

If the books confined in the library are taken out of the library without permission and must be returned on the same day, 5 yuan will be fined every day.

Second, overdue.

Those who return the borrowed books late must pay the overdue use fee: 0.30 yuan for each Chinese book and 0.50 yuan for each foreign language book. ?

Third, get lost

Those who have lost books should immediately declare and actively look for them. Use the same edition book (or use the new edition book after approval) to offset the compensation, plus the processing fee 10 yuan. ?

The time limit is 1 month. Books cannot be borrowed during this period. If the same book of the same edition (or the agreed new edition) cannot be compensated within the specified time, compensation shall be made according to the following standards, and the document processing fee for each volume 10 yuan shall be added.
