In recent years, the teaching quality of our school has been hovering at a low ebb. However, with the concern of the bureau leaders and the joint efforts of all teachers, our school made some achievements in education and teaching last semester. Both achievements and failures belong to the past, and the drums of future exams have been beating. How to improve the quality of teaching, how to create brilliance and how to realize our dreams are the problems we are facing now. In order to teach better in the future, I made a simple analysis of the last final exam in our school, so that we can adjust teaching methods in time according to the situation, formulate and implement various remedial measures, and promote the improvement of teaching quality.

Through the comparative analysis of the quality evaluation forms issued by the Education Bureau, we can see that the average scores of individual classes and subjects in our school are low, and some subjects are seriously lower than the county average; Comparing the eugenic rate and the poor student rate, we can see that our eugenic rate is low and the poor student rate is too high; We can see that the main reason why it is difficult to improve the teaching quality in our school is that we have not done well enough in cultivating excellent students and transforming poor students, which has affected the improvement of the overall teaching quality in our school. Chinese: Students read too little after class, and their reading comprehension and writing ability need to be improved. The students' handwriting is not neat enough.

Mathematics: The whole school has been doing poorly in mathematics, and the students' foundation is poor. Students' study habits in mathematics are poor, their ability to examine questions needs to be improved and their thinking is not active enough.

Science: The abandonment of teaching in the school is limited, many experiments cannot be done, and students' hands-on ability is poor.

In view of the above problems, the school will start from the following aspects, pay attention to details, emphasize the process and seek practical results:

Assign six little teachers to six students with learning difficulties, ask questions at any time during the preview and homework, and the little teachers will explain and help at any time.
