First of all, employees should read the book catalogue first, and then ask the librarian for the title and book number of the books to borrow. They are not allowed to rummage in the corner of the book at will.

Two, lent books, administrators should carefully register the title, ISBN, unit price, borrowing time and book integrity.

Employees are only allowed to borrow one book at a time.

Four, the lent books must be returned within two weeks, and the librarian should check the damage and deal with the compensation in time. If you haven't finished it, you should renew it.

5. For books that have not been returned within two weeks, the administrator shall timely copy the borrower's name, title and unit price to the relevant responsible leaders, and the leaders shall instruct them to return or compensate in time.

Six, a week before the holiday, the librarian counted the books lent at a time, and the book name and title were not returned, and the unit price was handled by the responsible leader.

Seven, female employees must return the borrowed books before maternity leave and employee resignation.

Eight, the book corner is not open to other companies, individuals and organizations.

Nine, the book compensation system

Readers must take good care of books, and the borrowed books must not be defiled, torn, cut, circled, annotated or lost. In case of the above situation, compensation should be made with the same version of the new book, and other books should not be used to offset it. If you really can't buy a new book, no matter whether it is old or new, you will be compensated twice the original price.

Specific provisions:

1. If one book is lost in the complete set (same as above, one book is lost in the next book, and one book is lost in multiple books), compensation shall be made according to the original price of the complete set, and the remaining books shall not be given to the compensators.

If the books borrowed by readers are lost, they should come to the library for compensation within half a month. If they fail to go through the compensation procedures within three months after being urged, the consequences will be at their own risk.

3. Whoever finds the book thief shall be ordered to review, criticize and educate in addition to recovering the original book. If the circumstances are serious, it shall be sent to the leading office of the responsible person for handling.
