By carrying out reading activities, we can stimulate students' interest in reading, make every student want to read, love reading and know how to read, and form a good habit of loving books and reading extensively from an early age, so that students can experience that reading can bring them happiness. By carrying out reading activities, we will actively create a reading atmosphere and strive to create a scholarly classroom.

1. The classroom layout has designed the column "Book, the Habitat of the Soul", which embodies a strong academic atmosphere:

(1) Read the statement. Post our reading declaration for the children to remember.

(2) Library. I classified my classmates' books and posted the catalogue in the "library" column to let the children know what books we have.

(3) Accumulation Garden. Post famous sayings, American fragments, proverbs, etc. In this column.

(4) book rhyme. Take pictures of children reading with a camera, so that everyone can feel the different charms of different children while studying hard.

(5) read the card. Show students' feelings after reading and appreciating American literature in the form of cards.

(6) Shuxiang Society. Post various recommended figures in this column.

In addition, give full play to the role of two small blackboards: one is dedicated to writing ancient poems; One is to write proverbs, proverbs and idioms. Put them in the accumulation book and recite them.

2. Set up a book corner. Set up a book corner in the back corner of the classroom and give it a favorite name-desk. Each student should bring at least one book, so that there are a certain number of books in the corner.

3. Carry out exchange activities. I classified my classmates' books and posted the catalogue in the "Library" section of "Books, the Habitat of the Soul", so that students could exchange good books. Every semester, teachers will recommend several good books to students, such as The Education of Love, The Adventures of Pinocchio, The House on the Grassland and Peter Pan, with emphasis on the reading education of love.

(2) Reasonable arrangement of reading time.

1. Use one or two minutes before class to ask students to recite an ancient poem or a beautiful paragraph.

During the reading time every morning, students can read articles, recite classic books, or recite ancient poems or words.

3. Make full use of the scholarly campus time and let students wander in the sea of books.

Besides reading notes, each of my students has an accumulation book. There are not only ancient poems that I let students recite, but also good sentences and paragraphs that I let them recite on their own initiative. In addition, there are extracurricular knowledge in various languages.

5. Use a certain period of time to introduce the good books and new books you have read to your classmates by means of "good book recommendation", "famous sayings and aphorisms", "my favorite ……" and "poetry recitation", so as to exchange your experience in reading activities and form a good reading atmosphere in the class.

"Sneak into the night with the wind, moisten things silently" I believe that with our joint efforts, with the deepening of reading activities, the mental outlook of our students will quietly change. And our students will also learn knowledge in reading, understand things in reading, and learn to be a man in reading!
