What does the middle class mean?
The middle class refers to the new middle class with managers and public officials as the main body in the social stratification structure of several major modern countries in the west since the 1940s. Also known as "middle class", "new middle class" and "new middle class", accounting for about 40% of the social occupation/employment population, it has become the main force of social structure to promote the development of modern society, guide social consumption, stabilize social situation and mainstream social values.

The middle class mainly applies for jobs through individual applications. The middle class has a very high proportion of employment in private enterprises, and working in private enterprises is the choice of most middle classes. The job satisfaction of the middle class is "average" and not particularly high. For the middle class, the lowest satisfaction is promotion opportunities, work income and work interest. This evaluation is the lowest, but the satisfaction of the middle class is relatively high in terms of work safety, stability, working environment and respect.
