Pathological gastroscopy
(Small sinus) (Large sinus) refers to moderate and severe chronic superficial gastritis with acute activity. Ws(+-) is a silver staining method for detecting Helicobacter pylori. -OK, WS(+) detected HP. Helicobacter pylori (HP) infection: 1983, Australian scholars Marshall and Warren first isolated HP from gastric antrum mucous layer and epithelial cells of patients with chronic gastritis. Since then, many scholars have done a lot of experimental research on patients with chronic gastritis, and HP has been cultivated in the gastric mucosa of 60% ~ 90% patients with chronic gastritis, and then it is found that the infection degree of HP is positively correlated with the inflammation degree of gastric mucosa. It is now clear that it is an important pathogenic factor for the occurrence and development of many chronic gastric diseases (chronic gastritis, peptic ulcer, gastric cancer, etc.). Therefore, in 1986, the 8th World Gastroenterology Society proposed that HP infection is one of the important causes of chronic gastritis. The pathogenic mechanism of HP may be mainly through destroying the gastric mucosal barrier, making H+ diffuse reversely, and finally causing gastric mucosal inflammation. Because Helicobacter pylori is contagious, it can be transmitted from the stomach to the mouth through saliva, and it can also be transmitted through feces. It has been reported abroad that the water source of a kindergarten was polluted by Helicobacter pylori, which caused all the children in the kindergarten to suffer from chronic gastritis. This is also commonly known as "chronic gastritis is contagious." So if there is such a patient at home, the tableware must be separated when eating.
