Zhengzhou Library is located at No.2 Kewen Street 10 in Zhengdong New District.

The new Zhengzhou Library (Civic Cultural Center) is located in Zhengdong New District of Zhengzhou City, covering an area of 76.3 mu, with a total construction area of 72,450 square meters and a planned total collection of 2.4 million books (pieces). Yunfu Qunyu in the Yuan Dynasty, Yuncheng in the Ming Dynasty, Chunqiu Zhuan, Selected Works, Henan Tongzhi in the 17th year of Qing Emperor Kangxi, Henan Tongzhi in the Yongzheng period and Qi Lu Deng in Jiaqing are all rare books of China.

The manuscript of Emperor Kangxi of the Qing Dynasty, Biography of the Jade Seal of the Three Kingdoms, has not been recorded in various bibliographies, and is the only well-preserved manuscript at home and abroad. The contents of the book are mostly different from the popular Romance of the Three Kingdoms, which has high academic reference value for studying the evolution, spread and development of the stories of the Three Kingdoms.
