Science and Technology Training Building of Zhengzhou Tobacco Monopoly Bureau: Located in the north of Longhai Road and east of Gongren Road in Zhongyuan District, it was included in the stop and delay construction project in 2004. Due to the elevated construction of Longhai Road, the red line of the road is widened, occupying the parking lot of the project. This problem is being solved in a coordinated way.

Zhengzhou Changming Middle School's comprehensive teaching building, library and information center, student dormitory and academic exchange center: located in the east of Sandalwood Road and south of Science Avenue in High-tech Zone, it was shut down in 2005 due to disputes with Zhengzhou University and other units.
