Can I lend my reader's card to my relatives?
You can't.

The reader's card is for my own use only, and shall not be lent, borrowed or fraudulently used by others. Once found, the card will be deducted and fined according to different situations.

At present, most libraries allow readers to bring "reader ID cards" into the library. Readers can retrieve books on self-service devices. Library borrowing is self-service. Readers put the selected books in front of the automatic lending machine and pay their own "reader ID card". This machine will automatically scan and print out the loan slip. When returning a book, as long as the book is placed in the "book entrance" of the automatic book return box, the system will automatically identify the book and handle it. In the process of borrowing and returning books, the staff have little time to intervene. The self-service inquiry system outside the library is open 24 hours a day. Readers can borrow books from the self-service machine outside the door as long as they carry the "reader's card".
