Li Jin, deputy director, is currently a regular library staff 129. Seven of them have a master's degree or above, more than 50% have a bachelor's degree or above, and 15% have senior titles. In order to better complete the resource construction and high-level reader service of the library, the library has always paid more attention to the continuing education of librarians. Librarians are often sent to participate in training, seminars, visits and business exchanges, and experts are invited to give lectures, so as to continuously improve the professional ability and level of librarians, and strive to build a team of librarians with reasonable academic structure, age structure, subject background and professional level, which can meet the requirements of digital library development goals.
