The detailed story of ancient The Four Assassins
The profession of assassin has existed for a long time. Especially in the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period, it is not uncommon for governors to send assassins to assassinate target figures in order to achieve political goals. Even Sima Qian specially compiled Biographies of Assassins in Historical Records. Biography of the Assassin is also the earliest biographical historical material written for assassins. Although five assassins, Cao Mo, Zhuan Xu, Yurang, Nie Zheng and Jing Ke, are written in this biography, the last four assassins are generally called "The Four Assassins" because all of them are adhering to the creed of "dying for friends", and the purpose of assassination is not for simple property, but for admirable chivalrous spirit. The following are the profiles of some famous assassins:

Zhu, a native of the State of Wu in the Spring and Autumn Period, was recommended by Wu Zixu to Gongziguang (later Wu and Lu Wang). Childe light dissatisfaction with Wu Wangliao self-reliance as king, want to assassinate Wu Wangliao, instead. Zhuan Xu used to be a butcher. After being recommended to Gongziguang by Wu Zixu, Gongziguang was very kind to Zhuan Xu, and Zhuan Xu also wanted to report his life. However, Zhuan's mother is still alive, so he hesitated to assassinate him. Zhuan Zhu's mother hanged herself, which made him worry-free. Since then, Zhuan Xu has devoted himself to planning the assassination of Wu Wangliao for Gongzi Guang. Zhuan Xu took advantage of Wu Wangliao's fondness for grilled fish, asked the son to invite Wu Wangliao to eat grilled fish, hid the dagger in the belly of the fish, and successfully assassinated Wu Wangliao when offering grilled fish to Wu Wangliao. Later, Zhuan Xu was killed by Wu Wangliao's men.

Yu Rang, a native of the State of Jin at the end of the Spring and Autumn Period, has unparalleled loyalty and righteousness. He was originally a courtier of Fan and BOC, but after Zhishi eliminated the paradigm and BOC, Yu was ceded to Zhishi's courtier. Zhi Bo, the most powerful official leader in Jin State, later tried to carve up Scott's land, but was killed by Scott in collusion with Han and Wei. Even Zhi Bo's skull was made into a wine vessel by Zhao Xiangzi, the leader of Scott.

Yu Rang, who fled, felt Zhi Bo's kindness to him, and also adhered to the creed of "A gentleman dies for his bosom friend, and a woman is ashamed of herself", vowing to avenge Zhi Bo. Yu Rang changed his name and surname first, pretending to be a victim, and went into the palace in Zhao Xiangzi to paint the toilet, waiting for an opportunity to assassinate him. However, after being discovered by Zhao Xiangzi and captured by soldiers, facing Zhao Xiangzi's interrogation, he bluntly admitted that he wanted to assassinate Zhao Xiangzi and avenge Zhi Bo. Zhao Xiangzi realized YuZhang's loyalty and let her go.

However, Yu rang did not give up. He covered his whole body with paint to make his skin fester, and made his voice hoarse by swallowing charcoal, so that his wife could not recognize himself. Then he begged in the market to assassinate Zhao Xiangzi again. This time, Yurang ambushed under the bridge that Zhao Xiangzi was going to pass, and was found and caught by Zhao Xiangzi.

Zhao Xiangzi was very angry and asked Yu Rang, "You used to be a vassal of Fan Li and BOC. Zhishi killed them, but you didn't avenge them. I killed Zhishi, why do you always seek revenge from me? " . Yu Rang replied: "Paradigm and Bank of China treat me as an ordinary person, and I will return it according to the standards of ordinary people. And Shi Zhi treats me like a Buddhist, and I will repay him with Buddhist standards. " This time, Zhao Xiangzi dare not let Yu let go. Jade let know that he will die, let Zhao Xiangzi take off his clothes and symbolically stab his clothes. Zhao Xiangzi met the requirements of Yu Rang.

At the end of the Spring and Autumn Period, Korean doctor Yan Zhongzi was persecuted by Prime Minister Xia Lei and exiled to other countries. He traveled around the world, hoping to find Xia Lei's assassin and help him get revenge. Later, he found Nie Zheng who took his mother and sister to avoid disaster because of murder in Qi. In order to befriend Nie Zheng, Yan Zhongzi sent food and gold and silver, but Nie Zheng refused to accept it. Until Nie Zheng's mother died, Yan Zhongzi was still visiting his sons and nephews, and Nie Zheng was very moved.

He mourned for his mother for three years and then married his sister. Careless Nie Zheng came to the official residence of South Korean Prime Minister Xia Lei and assassinated Xia Lei under the protection of many guards. Then he was surrounded by guards. In order to protect his relatives from being implicated, Nie Zheng ruined his appearance with a sword and committed suicide. After Nie Zheng's death, Hanwang rudely dumped his body in the city and offered a reward to anyone who could recognize him. When Nie Zheng's sister heard about it, she knew it must be her younger brother, so she ignored the danger to identify the body and committed suicide next to Nie Zheng's body.

Jing Ke and Jing Ke, who are famous for a hundred years, stabbed Qin. It should be said that everyone is familiar with them, so I won't go into details here.

This "The Four Assassins" is a model of an assassin, and also an assassin with the "chivalrous" spirit respected by the ancients. Their assassination is not for treasures and rewards, but more of a letter year of "a scholar dies for a confidant."

Others are here. Let's take a look at some other famous assassins in history. Limited by space, I won't introduce them one by one.

1. In the Qin Dynasty, Sean and the unknown Hercules assassinated Ying Zheng, the first Qin Emperor, in Bolangsha, but of course they didn't succeed.

2. In the final stage of the Eastern Han Dynasty's unification war, Liu Xiu arranged two armies to attack Gongsun Shu from the north and east, and Gongsun Shu was a separatist province in Sichuan. Gongsun Shu knew it was hard to win, so he expelled two assassins and assassinated Laishe and Cen Peng, the commanders of the two armies, respectively, which directly led to the death of Liu Xiu, two founding heroes before the completion of the unified war.

3. During the Three Kingdoms period, Cao Cao assassinated Dong Zhuo, and of course he failed.
