So what books are there about career growth? Too many! I will introduce a few books that I have read and think are the best.
1. "Tear down the wall in your heart"
This is a book written by a classical teacher, which has a great influence on our thinking. The new era needs new thinking. We need to break all kinds of rules and learn to see the world from different angles. Many times, we set too many rules for ourselves, and we dare not challenge or try. Therefore, when I feel confused and tired about my career, I will read this book, which usually brings me full of energy and ideas after reading it. Basically, I read it as a charging book.
2. Letter to Garcia
Many times, when we receive the task from the boss, we always feel that the boss is really unreasonable. How to accomplish such a task? This is obviously making things difficult for people! I don't have any resources, how short the time is, who can do it!
If you think so often, you really need to read this book. Actually, the story is very simple. A young man named Tam received a task to send a letter to a man named Garcia. There is little other information about the recipient, and he doesn't even know where he is. In this way, he really delivered the letter.
So don't find reasons for yourself, find a way for yourself.
3. Energy consumption monitoring
With so many tasks given by the boss, how can you possibly have time to finish them? I have to work overtime every day. I feel that I have sold myself to the company. In this way, the boss still doesn't know how grateful I am, and thinks I haven't done well enough! If this continues, I quit!
Do you have the same idea? If so, maybe you should first think about whether your energy management is not good enough. Some people seem to work long hours every day, but they are mostly fooling around. Some people seem to work easily, but they have completed the tasks assigned by their bosses.
If you are so confused, then this book must be what you need. Good energy management will make you get twice the result with half the effort.
