Steam Library is located in Shanghai Private Dehong International School. Dehong School combines steam library with outdoor study. Outdoor learning conditions go deep into all parts of design. From the Great Science, DT and Maker Courtyard on the first floor to the flexible terraces on other floors. At the top is an exploratory roof with a science and humanities garden, a game area and a 300-meter-long runway.

Grade 1, primary school 1-5, students are divided into various year-round groups. Each group combines four Chinese media learning classrooms and four flexible immersion English media learning steam library classrooms.
