Shanxi Library Shanxi Library was established in September of 1909. It is the largest public library in the whole province and the earliest public library in western China. The provincial map, formerly known as Shaanxi Library, belongs to xi 'an Fu Liang Street Academic Affairs Office. 19 15 moved to Nanyuanmen, one of the downtown areas at that time, and 1927 was renamed as Zhongshan Library of Shaanxi Province. 1931July was renamed as the first library of Shaanxi province. On September 30th, 20001year, the new Shanxi Provincial Library Museum was officially opened to the public.
