1. Application location: Please bring relevant documents to the service desk on the first floor of Longkou West Main Library or the service desk of Huagang Branch Library during the opening hours of Tianhe District Library.
2. Refund of the reader's deposit: The reader can go through the deposit refund formalities with the deposit receipt, the valid certificate used when applying for the certificate and the reader's card. If the deposit receipt is lost, please return the deposit with the original and photocopy of valid ID card and reader's card.
3. Return the certificate: Please return all the borrowed documents, and then return the certificate after clearing the fees owed. Readers who have returned their certificates and settled the fees owed shall return their certificates with the valid certificates and reader's cards used at the time of application.
4. Report the loss and reissue it: If you lose your reader's card, you can go to the service desk on the first floor of Longkou West Main Library or the service desk of Huagang Branch Library to report the loss and reissue a new card (there is no charge for reissue), and the original card will be invalid at the same time. If the reader's card is found again after reporting the loss, and a new card has not been reissued, you can go through the recovery procedures with the valid documents used when applying for the card. The loss caused before reporting the loss shall be borne by the reader himself.
(Note: If the reader entrusts others to handle the above-mentioned relevant procedures, please hold valid certificates of both the principal and the trustee. )
Six, the reader card service function
1. Book lending service: You can borrow 30 books at a time in Tianhe District Library, City Map and District Library.
2. Mobile library service: You can log in to Tianhe Mobile Library through the reader's ID number (the first login password: the last six digits of the ID card) and experience multimedia learning, digital reading, book renewal, book borrowing and other services online.
