2. The buyer chooses Alipay as the transaction guarantee, but the seller refuses to use it; Taobao Mall sellers and buyers conduct transactions outside Taobao Mall;

4. The sellers who participated in the official activities of Taobao failed to provide services according to the requirements of the activities;

5. The seller who released the auction goods failed to close the transaction according to the auction price of the buyer or failed to provide free delivery service;

6. The seller who joined Juhuaxuan quits halfway or fails to deliver the goods according to the registration approval information within 7 days;

7. The seller who joined the Taobao game trading platform failed to provide the goods within 30 minutes after the buyer paid.

Taobao's personal stores can not issue invoices, and buyers can't force them.

Taobao enterprise store, if he has checked the bill option when delivering the goods, then he must open it. If he didn't check the bill option when delivering the goods, the buyer wouldn't ask the seller to open it.
