Promote community service for the disabled and implement "1+7" community service for the disabled. Develop a number of applications that are in demand and can be popularized, and improve the service efficiency of public service facilities in combination with the application of digital society scenarios.

3. Strengthen operation and utilization. Continuously optimize and upgrade the service operation business, accelerate the cultivation of operation entities, and guide relevant enterprises to develop comprehensive operation business. To study and support policies and measures to build various kinds of environment, supporting facilities and public service facilities by using existing land, make full use of existing land, explore and improve community stock renewal policies, and constantly improve construction standards and norms. Carry out community resources combing, realize the integration of community resources and strengthen the intensive use of space. Carry out research on community collective economy and explore the system and mechanism of collective economy supporting community development and construction. Encourage state-owned enterprises, non-state-owned enterprises and administrative institutions to give full play to their main advantages and promote the development of community economy.
