Four, counties, enterprises and institutions publicity requirements
(a) the archives departments of counties and urban areas should attach great importance to the publicity activities of 20 17 "International Archives Day", strengthen leadership, make scientific planning, elaborate organization, formulate feasible publicity activities, and report the local activities to the Legal Department of the Municipal Archives Bureau before June 20.

June 9th is International Archives Day. In order to commemorate this theme day, according to the requirements of Notice of the Archives Bureau of Autonomous Region on Doing a Good Job in the Publicity of International Archives Day 20 17, the Archives Bureau of Erdos City and the Archives Bureau of New District decided to launch a week-long series of publicity activities for International Archives Day from June 9, so as to enhance the ability of archival work to serve the society and expand the social impact of archival work, and this activity plan is specially formulated. Four. Activity arrangement
During the publicity week of "International Archives Day", Ordos Archives Bureau and New District Archives Bureau will carry out a series of colorful publicity activities in combination with the actual situation.
(1) Open a column of "International Archives Day" on the archives information network of Ordos Archives Bureau and the portal of Kangbashi New District for publicity. This paper mainly introduces the origin of "International Archives Day", including the signs of the International Archives Council, the International Archives Congress and China's archives cause, and timely publishes the information during the event on the archives information network of Ordos Archives Bureau and the portal of Kangbashi New District to report to the media at all levels;
(2) Street publicity. On June 9th, "International Archives Day", we jointly launched publicity activities with the Archives of kangbashi Management Committee in the main streets, food streets and Pearl River communities in kangbashi. Make full use of the advantages of wide media coverage, high ratings and wide dissemination, and widely publicize the "International Archives Day" activities, so that archives activities will become the focus of the whole society and enhance the publicity effect. During the event, special lectures on "International Archives Day" were broadcast on Erdos and kangbashi TV stations, and comprehensive articles on archives work were published in kangbashi Daily. With the help of the TV station, the subtitles of archives propaganda were played in a rolling way from June 9 to 14, which made the form of archives propaganda more intuitive and the audience more extensive. Through various forms of publicity, archival work can better serve the city's economic and social development and people.
(4) Hang information on SMS, electronic display and WeChat. Use the e-government platform, the Party and Government Building in Erdos City and the electronic display WeChat platform of the kangbashi Management Committee to release event information and slogans. During the publicity week, we will use the mobile platform to send short messages about archives to citizens, and guide them to learn about archives knowledge and obtain archives information through the network.
(five) to carry out archival activities. Relying on the municipal archives, we will continue to open the patriotic education base and organize grassroots archivists and community residents to visit the exhibition hall.
(six) to carry out activities into the archives.
