Should Guangzhou Library make an appointment in advance?
Legal analysis: As of August 2020, you need to make an appointment to enter Guangzhou Library. You can only enter the library according to the appointment time after making an appointment in advance. From July 2, 20201day, Guangzhou Library will adjust the total number of people entering the library by appointment from 6,000 to 8,000, and keep it within 3,000.

Legal basis: Article 33 of the Library Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) should provide services to the public in accordance with the requirements of equality, openness and enjoyment. Public libraries should provide the following services to the public free of charge: (1) literature information inquiry and borrowing; (two) the reading room, study room and other public space facilities are open; (3) Public lectures, reading promotion, training and exhibitions; (four) other free services as prescribed by the state.
