The teleporter (also known as time hacker) imagines that there is a person with special functions in the world who can disappear at any time and appear in another place. David played by Hayden is a teleporter who has just discovered his special function. Just when he was excited, another young man with the same super power told David that the teleporter had existed in the world for thousands of years and had its own underground organization. However, there is another organization that specializes in hunting down the transmitter-Ranger, and David has become the target of Ranger.
