Open PS, open a photo with a blue background and a white background, select the magic wand tool, tap any blue background position, deselect, select and overlay, enter the selection and overlay interface, remove the redundant blue color of the layer, click OK, bring up the selected area of the copied background layer, deselect, then fill in the background, and finally deselect the area.
