China citizens who have reached the age of 16 shall apply for the reader's card of Nanjing Library with their original valid identity documents, while foreigners shall apply with their original valid passports. Children aged 7 ~ 15 can apply for Nanjing library children's reader card with their household registration book or original ID card.
Children aged 0 ~ 6 can apply for Nanjing Library children's reader card with the original household registration book or ID card and guardian's ID card. Visually impaired people apply for the reader's card of Nanjing Library with the original valid identity card (or household registration book) and the original proof of visual disability.
The reader's card is for my own use only. If fraudulent use or borrowing is found, the staff has the right to refuse to use it. Please keep your reader's card safe.
