Open. Nanning Library is located on the Avenue of Stars and is open from 8 am to 9 pm every day. Nanning Library was established in May 1977, located at No.6 Avenue of Stars in Nanning. Under the leadership and care of the Municipal Party Committee, the Municipal Government and the Municipal Cultural Bureau, the new museum was completed and opened to the public on June 1998.
