People above 1 and 16 can apply for a reader's card of Suzhou Library.

When applying for the reader's card of Suzhou Library, you must hold your ID card (military officer's card and passport), fill out the Application Form for Suzhou Library Reader's Card, and deposit 50 yuan. The certificate can only be returned after half a year.
