2. Do all your homework after entering school. Experts hold relevant symposiums through in-depth interviews, lectures, visits to teaching units and relevant functional departments, and investigations by employers; Investigation laboratories, practice training bases, libraries, stadiums, network centers and other teaching places and facilities; Consult papers, graduation thesis (design), curriculum design and other materials.
Consult and evaluate relevant supporting materials; Information exchange and discussion activities within the expert group to understand and master all aspects of school teaching and information. On this basis, according to the evaluation index system, the teaching work of the school is judged and evaluated and voted independently.
3. Do your homework after leaving school. According to the in-school survey, experts should write a personal survey report of about 2000 words, in which questions and suggestions should account for more than half of the total words, and hand it over to the team leader within the specified time. On this basis, the expert group leader summarizes and forms the expert group evaluation report.
For the evaluation of the implementation of "school orientation", we should mainly pay attention to:
1. Does the school carry out publicity activities to promote "school orientation"? Let the "school orientation" be deeply rooted in the hearts of the people, and every school can take it as a working idea.
2. Whether there is a good external environment to practice "school orientation". Get the support of local, social, government and enterprises.
3, whether in oral work, management activities to grasp the implementation of the work. Whether the internal rules and regulations are consistent and conflict with the "orientation of running a school". Only in this way can the evaluation activities be consistent and unified in "macro, meso and micro".
