Compile scientific retrieval tools, be fully familiar with the room storage situation, actively provide archives, do a good job in consulting services and archives utilization, strictly implement the confidentiality system, insist on borrowing registration, pay attention to the collection and utilization effect and information feedback, and compile examples of utilization effect and archives information.

8. Actively develop archival information resources, and use the preserved archives to compile some valuable archival materials to meet the needs of various businesses.

9. Do a good job in archives statistics, establish statistical accounts, and timely and accurately fill in the annual statistical report of archives work and other survey statistics to the archives management department.

Second, the file storage system

Third, the file security system:

1, archivists must strictly abide by discipline, keep secrets, and shall not expand the scope of archives without authorization, and shall not disclose the contents of archives.

2, strict file lending system, perfect procedures, be foolproof.

3. Confidential documents and materials shall not be stored in places that are not conducive to confidentiality.

4. It is not allowed to extract and copy the contents of archives without authorization, and it is not allowed to bring confidential documents and archives back to home and public places for reference without permission.

5. Confidentiality of documents shall not be involved in ordinary telephone calls, plain telegrams or communications.

Four, the document transfer system:

V. File filing system

2. All kinds of documents and materials with preservation value must be completely collected according to the filing classification scheme of this department, and filed by archivists and each room respectively.

3. Every year, the documents and materials with preservation value are sorted into paper according to the "year" and the law and characteristics of document formation, so as to keep the organic connection between documents, accurately classify them and organize them reasonably.

4, filing should be written material specification, the order is correct, the directory and page number are clear, the scalar is accurate and concise, the storage period is accurately divided, and the files are neatly bound.

5. Documents and files should be filed before the end of April of the second year, and other files should be filed on schedule according to relevant regulations. Documents and archives should be handed over to the archives room before June of the second year, and other types of archives should be handed over according to relevant regulations.

6. The files filed in each office must be sorted and handed over to the archives room. Both parties shall check according to the handover catalogue and perform the signing procedures. The archives room should check the quality of the files of the reconciliation account, register and catalog them in time.

7. The archives room shall supervise, inspect, guide and help the filing of documents and other archives.

Six, the file statistics system:
