Conditions of Gannan Medical Library:
The library consists of office, editorial department, circulation department, periodical department, information department and other departments. At present, there are 24 employees, including library and information, medicine, economics, Chinese, English, art and other majors, 7 with senior titles, 5 with intermediate titles, 0/2 with junior titles, and 0/4 with college education or above.
The building covers an area of 4,768 square meters, with six stacks, two multimedia reading rooms and two periodical reading rooms, and nearly 600 reading seats. There are more than 6,543,800 printed books in the collection, mainly medical books, covering politics, military affairs, economy, history, geography and other disciplines.
All books are collected by ILAS automatic management system and automatically borrowed; It has 6.5438+0.5 million superstar e-books and electronic periodicals such as Wanfang Database and VIP Database. There are also retrieval databases such as China Biomedical Periodical Literature Database and National Newspaper Index. The above-mentioned e-books and e-journals can be queried and read on the campus network. There is also a CD retrieval room in the museum, which can be used for novelty retrieval through Medline CD.
