It is wrong to think that library service is literature service. Library management covers many books, not necessarily literature books. There are many documents in the library that can't be found, and the content is not complete. There may be some overlap between library service and document service, but it is wrong to regard library service as document service or document service as library service. There are also many people in the library who don't do academic research. They just read books.
