The Relationship between Silk Road and Dunhuang Dance
The Silk Road has something to do with Dunhuang dance. As the intersection of the Silk Road and Huarong, Dunhuang is a metropolis, just like today's international metropolis. Since Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty listed four counties and passed through two customs, the Silk Road, Yangguan, Yumenguan and Dunhuang, like a colored thread and pearls, set each other off. Therefore, after the Silk Road left Chang 'an and entered Dunhuang, it passed through Yangguan and Yumenguan and ran through the western regions, so Dunhuang became the first hub of the Silk Road. Ban Chao in the Eastern Han Dynasty once lamented that he dared not look at Jiuquan County and wished to be born in Yumenguan, so Dunhuang was one of the most important nodes on the Silk Road.
