However, with the transformation of planned economy and the development of market economy, its function of service has also been limited. In order to improve the functional service quality of county-level party school libraries and give full play to their functional service role, we must face up to its present situation, find out its shortcomings, analyze its root causes and make targeted improvements. At present, there are still many deficiencies in the functions of county-level party school libraries, mainly in the following five aspects:

1, data aging, inappropriate service structure. Some county-level party school libraries have outdated books, most of which are books from the 1970s and 1980s, and few books in new knowledge fields.
