Guiyang No.2 Middle School is a public middle school in Guiyang City, Guizhou Province, a national youth scientific investigation and experience demonstration school, a national youth campus basketball characteristic school, a national youth campus football characteristic school, the first batch of sample schools in Guizhou Province, a Guizhou youth science and technology education characteristic school and a Guizhou language demonstration school. It is a first-class demonstration ordinary high school in Guizhou Province.
The school was founded on 193 1 September 2 1 year, and its name was Guiyang Girls' Middle School in Guizhou Province. 1945, girls' middle school moved to narrow mouth beach. 1949, the school was renamed Guiyang Girls' High School. 1950, the school moved from Zhonglie Street to Wenbi Street. 1968, the girls' middle school was renamed No.2 middle school. 1969, the school was renamed Guiyang No.2 Middle School. 1972 the school began to resume the two-year academic system of senior high school.
