I am a school teacher. Generally, this kind of position will not be recruited, but some on-the-job teachers will be arranged under special circumstances (such as being old, having too many teachers in this subject, or being sick all the year round). Some large-scale schools will recruit supernumerary personnel, and generally require junior college and undergraduate graduates from the Department of Archives Management. Or a school worker who doesn't need a degree. Generally speaking, such people have no chance of becoming a full member.
