Books that meet the following conditions will be included in the collection: 1. The content is suitable for readers above university level; 2. Official publications at home and abroad; The following books are not allowed to be collected: 1. Informal publications (except conference documents, dissertations, manuscripts, scientific reports, academic journals and other special documents with academic value); 2. Books that violate the Publishing Law, Copyright Law, Copyright Law and other relevant laws. 3. Books that are smeared, soaked, damaged and can no longer be used; 4. Books with vulgar content and advocating feudal superstition and reactionary views, opinions and positions; 5. Books whose contents and time have expired and have no academic and reference value; 6 other books that do not meet the development policy of our library. Article 2 Treatment of rights and interests

Once the donated books are accepted by our library, their ownership will belong to our library. Information about Tibetan books can be retrieved from the "Book Donation Inquiry" on the homepage of our library. The library has the right to dispose of books that are not collected without knowing the donors, and has the right to reject or transfer donated books that have been collected in the future.
