In May, 2002, with the approval of Shandong Provincial Department of Education, the school was officially affiliated to Qufu Normal University, and the full-time college diploma was awarded by Qufu Normal University after graduation. The school is divided into two series: junior college and technical secondary school. It is divided into eight majors: general teacher, kindergarten teacher, music, art, English, computer, liberal arts and science, and undertakes the training task of junior high school principals and key teachers in Rizhao City.

Rizhao Teachers College offers pre-school education, music, dance performance, fine arts painting, computer graphic design and other majors on 20 15, among which music, fine arts and dance college entrance examination classes offer high school courses.
Students can take the spring college entrance examination and summer college entrance examination, or take pre-school education courses, and obtain corresponding post qualification certificates before they can directly find jobs.
