Yes Computers and mobile phones can be used under the pillars on the first and second floors. You can bring your own patch panel or plug it into someone else's patch panel if necessary. In addition, there are new tables on the second floor. There can be sockets directly on the table (separated by glass). At night, those tables are obvious and have independent light sources.
