The association was established by Guo Zhaoxu,,, Yang,,,,, and others in the autumn of 20 10. The original purpose is to establish a national college student public welfare alliance whose main service direction is Yunnan's economic and educational construction.
The word "Cai Yun" comes from "Cai Yun", and Yunnan is known as "the south of Cai Yun".
