Open the door. Ningde Library is located on the north bank of East Lake in Ningde City. It is a pragmatic project of the municipal party Committee for the people, and it is the five major battles and livelihood projects of the city. As of June 9, 2022, an announcement was issued in official website of Ningde Library. Ningde library is open to the outside world, and people need to have a health code to enter the library.
