Requirements for book management:

002, classification of books and periodicals, compilation of bibliographic index, and understanding of the general contents of books;

003, responsible for the management of each branch library, review the identity of borrowers, maintain the order of the library, and prevent books from being stolen;

004. Browse, query, count, add, delete and modify the basic information of book borrowers;

005. Register the purchased books, affix the collection stamp, mark the classification number, store them by classification, and arrange them on the shelves to ensure that the books are placed neatly and correctly;

Handle the book lending and returning activities, check whether the returned books are damaged or polluted, and deal with the damaged books according to the return situation; Generate a book return report, urge overdue borrowers to return books, and impose fines on overdue borrowers according to regulations;

007, dust the books regularly, and do a good job of fire prevention, insect prevention and moisture prevention;

008. Instruct readers to consult the collection catalogue and literature retrieval tools, and serve as assistants for literature research and bibliography editing;

Explain the use of library facilities, resources, equipment and services, and provide information on information base policies.
