According to the business scope and characteristics of the library, this paper designs the procurement subsystem, cataloging subsystem, printing subsystem, retrieval and statistics subsystem, circulation information subsystem and system maintenance subsystem, which covers the main business of the library and can fully realize the computer management of library's procurement, cataloging, retrieval, statistics and circulation. The system adopts intelligent navigation interface design, and pays more attention to intelligence, standardization and process in the realization of business rules, which greatly helps to improve the management efficiency and service quality of the library. At the same time, the system and the following subsystems: electronic reading room management subsystem, channel verification management subsystem, business card printing subsystem and OA office subsystem form a local one-card library.
