It takes a long time for people to borrow books and materials in public libraries. Due to time constraints, most people are reluctant to borrow materials from public libraries. In order to serve readers better and provide readers with comprehensive information services, public libraries must increase investment, speed up the informatization construction of libraries and improve the informatization level of library service management [4].
