First, the connotation of emotional wisdom of Chinese teaching subjects
Individuals need emotional wisdom when solving emotional problems about themselves and others or problems related to emotions. Therefore, complete wisdom can't take away emotions. It should be composed of various types of wisdom, including emotional wisdom. Secondly, we think that people need not only cognitive ability when solving a problem, but also emotion, as an individual's attitude and experience towards things, should be one of the necessary conditions when solving problems. According to the above understanding of wisdom, we can say that emotional wisdom refers to the emotional ability used by individuals in learning, remembering, thinking, understanding objective things and solving practical problems, especially the ability related to emotions, including the ability to know, understand, judge, manage, adjust and use emotions. From this understanding of emotional wisdom, the emotional wisdom of Chinese teaching subjects refers to the emotional ability of Chinese teachers in the teaching process. Specifically, it refers to the ability of Chinese teachers to accurately understand emotions, properly express emotions, properly adjust emotions, properly handle the emotional relationship between teachers and students and make use of emotions by paying attention to emotional factors in Chinese teaching (including teachers' and students' emotions and the rich emotions contained in Chinese textbooks).
Second, emotional wisdom is the requirement of Chinese subject.
Emotional wisdom is inseparable from emotion and emotion. As a humanities application subject, the subject of Chinese teaching has emotional characteristics, so the subject of Chinese teaching should have emotional wisdom.

It can be said that the works in Chinese textbooks provide rich emotional materials for teaching activities and an optimized time and space for Chinese emotional education. From the above analysis, we can see that in Chinese teaching, "emotion is both a means and an end".
Every link of Chinese teaching, from the implementation of the process to the realization of the goal, is permeated with rich emotional factors. Chinese teaching is always about love, and the relationship between emotion and Chinese teaching is like water and pond. This requires that our Chinese teaching subjects must have good emotional wisdom. Only in this way can we explore and make good use of the inherent emotional factors in Chinese teaching, liberate Chinese teaching from the grammatical analysis and logical dismemberment of the existing chapter-by-chapter sentence pattern, and restore its emotional essence. Third, the cultivation of emotional wisdom of Chinese teaching subjects
1. Clarify the requirements for cultivating emotional wisdom of teaching subjects.
In order to cultivate the emotional wisdom of the teaching subject, improve the effect of Chinese teaching and realize the educational goal, it is necessary to put forward the quality requirements of emotional wisdom for the teaching subject alone. At all times and in all countries, many educators have discussed this aspect. Confucius said, "The knower is not as good as the knower, and the knower is not as good as the musician." Suhomlinski, a famous educator in the former Soviet Union, also put forward the idea of "emotional encouragement" through the study of harmonious education. However, these expressions are far from revealing the great role of emotion in teaching, and have never put forward the quality requirements of emotional wisdom for the teaching subject alone, which has led to many educational mistakes.
Different views on teachers' quality directly affect the cultivation of teachers' quality, and then affect the teaching quality and the realization of educational goals. Therefore, it is urgent to add emotional wisdom to the quality structure of teachers, and put forward the quality requirements of emotional wisdom for teaching subjects, so as to solve many problems in China education today. Clearly put forward this requirement is not to put it above other qualities of Chinese teachers, nor to completely deny the previous quality structure of Chinese teachers, but to supplement and improve the quality structure of Chinese teachers and optimize the quality structure according to the requirements of the times and the characteristics of Chinese subjects. Let emotional wisdom occupy a place in the quality structure of Chinese teachers, thus attracting the attention of Chinese educators, establishing a concept of "emotional wisdom", and improving the emotional wisdom of teaching subjects through various means, especially the conscious self-cultivation of Chinese teachers, will undoubtedly play a great role in Chinese teaching.
2. Strengthen the self-construction of emotional wisdom of teaching subjects.
In the quality structure, clarifying the requirements of cultivating the emotional wisdom of Chinese teaching subjects is only to instill a sense of cultivating emotional wisdom in Chinese teachers. Secondly, the cultural nature of Chinese education determines that the development and construction of emotional wisdom of teaching subjects can not be separated from the broad cultural background. As far as our Chinese language is concerned, it records the ancient culture of China for thousands of years and permeates the essence of China culture, which is the culture itself. In this sense, works written in Chinese characters, whether poetry, prose, novel or drama, are the crystallization of culture and full of unique cultural spirit. Therefore, it is necessary to have a broad cultural background in order to deeply understand the feelings of the works and express them appropriately to stimulate the inner world of students. Therefore, if Chinese teaching subjects want to accurately and profoundly grasp and deal with the emotions in their works and strengthen their own emotional wisdom, they must constantly expand their cultural horizons and strengthen their cultural literacy.
"Ask where the canal is so clear, because there is a source of living water." If Chinese teaching is a trickle that teaches students knowledge, educates students' emotions and cultivates students' abilities, then the emotional wisdom of Chinese teaching subjects is the "living water" of this river and an important factor to ensure the best effect of Chinese teaching. Emotional wisdom should be one of the qualities that the subject of modern Chinese teaching must possess.
