It's free. There are reading seats in the library. You can only borrow two books at a time and return them within one month. Reading is generally free. A deposit is required to apply for a card. Just use your ID card. Nanhui County Library was established in 1958 and 1993. Nanhui County Library was rated as the only "Shanghai Super Library" in the suburbs of Shanghai by Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Culture, and was rated as Shanghai Civilized Library.
