Strengthen team building in daily work, exercise the team in specific work, learn from each other, learn from each other's strengths and improve each other. On the one hand, we pay attention to daily business training, especially self-training, and hold business seminars regularly. Without experts, everyone will talk about a topic they are familiar with. Six months later, topics such as topic selection, word processing, publishing and printing, marketing and publishing process, book competition pattern in a certain field, market analysis of a bestseller and so on all appeared in our seminar. Everyone learns, preserves and improves in this heavy practical exercise and theoretical discussion.
On the other hand, we take advantage of various opportunities to participate in all book fairs. As long as we can participate in book fairs, we invite some cultural companies and successful booksellers to discuss and introduce their best-selling experiences and lessons of failure. We also go to the bookstore every two weeks to do research and hold a topic selection meeting in the bookstore.

Recently, after this period of exercise, my basic skills have been improved to a certain extent. Now I am reading a book. Of course, this is a good exercise opportunity.
